We have a 100% satisfaction policy. If something is not satisfactory with your order, let us know and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
We do not accept returns on coffee unless there is a quality issue with the order. We do accept returns on merchandise within 30 days; however, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must unused/unworn and in new condition.
